Thank you for choosing DigiArtLoveShop for your creative journey! My goal is to make historical art accessible to modern makers, whether you are a hobbyist or a professional creator.

1. General License (Single Images & Bundles)

All images purchased from DigiArtLoveShop come with a Full Commercial License. I want you to have the freedom to create, so I have simplified my terms:

  • Physical Production: You are free to use my files for all physical products, including apparel, home decor, stationery, and more.

  • POD & Manufacturing: I fully support the use of Print-on-Demand (POD), dropshipping, and third-party manufacturing. Whether you print it yourself or use a professional service, you are covered.

  • Marketing: You may use the images in advertising materials to promote your physical products.

  • Editorial Use: Use in books or magazines (print or digital) is permitted. While not strictly required for small projects, a credit to DigiArtLoveShop is always deeply appreciated.

2. A Note to My Fellow Artisans

While I fully support all types of modern production, my heart beat especially for the independent artisans and small-scale makers. There is a unique soul in products where the creator is involved in the physical crafting process. If you are a small business owner pouring your energy into handcrafted quality, know that this shop was built specifically with you in mind.

3. Digital Restrictions (The "No-Go's")

To protect the integrity of my work and my business, there are a few simple rules:

  • No Digital Resale: You may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital files in their original or slightly altered form.

  • No Digital Templates: You may not include these images in digital templates (e.g., Canva templates or digital stationery) where the original artwork can be extracted by the end-user.

  • No "As-Is" Digital Sales: The artwork must be part of a physical product or a larger transformative design.

 

Private Use: All images may be used for personal, non-commercial projects with no restrictions.
